HNCP is developing a Native Health Communication Center to develop and produce Native-specific health communication media including print, audio, video, and web-based materials.
The Center will also provide training and mentorship to Tribal and Native Community programs developing their own health communications capacity including areas of social marketing, health communication, and media production.
Current efforts are based in the Shiprock Four Directions Health Communications Program (4DHC). Future plans include the development of additional training and production capacity to provide regional and national services.
